About the Role
As our Implementation & Support Trainer, you’ll help ensure RADPAIR users are confident, prepared, and equipped to get the most from our AI-powered radiology platform.
You’ll deliver and continuously improve client training and enablement, working closely with our Implementation & Support team and cross-functional partners to create consistent, high-quality learning experiences.
This role is a great fit for someone who understands radiology workflows and knows how to turn technology and complex clinical processes into clear, practical, and engaging training.
Explore the Role

Deliver client training virtually and in person, across synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Understand client radiology workflows and demonstrate how RADPAIR fits into them.
Develop and maintain training materials, guides, documentation, and recorded content.
Adapt training to different workflows, environments, and levels of user experience.
Coordinate training schedules and logistics with internal teams and clients.
Gather feedback to continuously improve training and onboarding.
Collaborate with Implementation & Support and cross-functional teams.
Help improve RADPAIR’s training processes and internal enablement practices.

3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, customer success, or another client-facing role.
Experience in SaaS, healthcare IT, or a similar technology environment.
Experience independently delivering client training or onboarding programs.
Experience creating and maintaining training materials and resources.
Strong understanding of radiology workflows and systems such as RIS, PACS, EHRs, and reporting or dictation solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training for different users and levels of technical experience.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
Background in radiology operations, imaging informatics, clinical imaging, or radiology software.
Experience with RIS/PACS environments or clinical imaging.
Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or FHIR.
Experience with tools such as Linear, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada. Candidates may be located in any Canadian province, with periodic business travel required.
Employment in Canada will be administered through RADPAIR’s Employer of Record partner, which provides local employment administration, payroll, and benefits.
Anticipated base salary: CAD $78,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
